Well as I implied in the previous post Kay and I did head out to Lake Alvin about 5:30PM. Once agian when we got there we found a beautiful evening with a mirror surfaced lake. There were a few more people than the last time we were here, but so many as to not be able to just ejoy a nice paddle from one end to the other and back. Most of the other epoepl were fishing along the shore lines so we stayed in the middle of the lake. There were also several groups working with the dogs on water retrieval. The water had cleared up since we were here two weeks ago. The big globs of alge were gone. didn't see much wildlife, proably because there were so many poeple. I must say that paddling back into the sunset makes it hard to see, but it is pretty so we can over look that part. we got back to the dock about 7PM. loaded up and called it a day. After our bike rid eand this we both new we would have no trouble sleeping. And we didn't.
